· The artwork for your desired lanyard is free, sample cost is $50 for all types of lanyards including door to door shipment by DHL.

· We offer free sample to clients who is first time working with us, on the other hand, for all the mass order over 500, we will return the sample fee.

· Sample production time is about 2-3 days(after artwork is confirmed)，shipping time is about 3 days
